We use Japan post service to send overseas. Please check here.
EMS(Express Mail Service) is desired service, because we can track our packages until you safely recieved them. You can also choose other reasonable services, like SAL(Surface Air Lifted). About SAL, please check here.

Periodically something will go wrong with a shipment and you may wish to return items. We will do everything reasonable to satisfy you; please contact us to via email to discuss the circumstances before returning them. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returned items. No returns accepted after 30 days from the invoice date . When you decided to return your package to us, please inform us as fast as you can. We will change the order status, so that the transaction will not be completed. When you return your package at your own reason, please ship your package within a week.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for the original shipping. Return shipping charges from the customer to us will only be credited in cicumstances of warranty or incorrect shipment.
